Our Function

The international office, located in Berlin, is operated as well as financed by the German ¨Bionik-Kompetenznetz¨ (BIOKON) with generous support by the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research. This financial and structural support enables BIOKON international´s start.

 

Due to the statutes the main function of BIOKON international is to spread information related to biomimetics activities, to facilitate networking of our members and to organize a platform and a worldwide forum for biomimetic scientists and other interested persons.
